2 boxes of The Vegetarian Butcher Chicken Chunks
1 tbsp. of vegetable oil for frying
1 tbsp. of vegetarian Worcester sauce
2,5 tbsp. of honey
2,5 tbsp. of white wine vinegar
1 tbsp. of sweet soy sauce
A pinch of cayenne pepper
3 tomatoes (diced, peeled and seeded)
A few sprigs of coriander or other fresh herbs to taste
Fry the chicken pieces over high heat in oil until they are light brown. Meanwhile, mix the Worcester sauce, honey, vinegar, soy sauce and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
Remove the chicken from the heat and add the mixture. Be careful as it may splash a bit.
Put the chicken back on the heat and cook until the moisture has evaporated, leaving behind a dark brown gooey, sticky coating on the chicken pieces.
Add the tomato to the Chicken Chunks and cook for a final minute. Serve with the fresh herbs.
This dish tastes great with fried rice or noodles.
