Roast Pumpkin with Sage and Little Willies
For 4 persons.

2 boxes Little Willies
1 red onion
500 grams of pumpkin
2 beetroot
1 red apple
4 medium potatoes (of good quality)
2 tbsp cumin
a handful of sage leaves
salt and pepper
3 tbsp olive oil

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Peel the pumpkin and cut into chunks. Peel the beets and cut into pieces. Take the red onion and cut into pieces. Remove the core from the apples and cut the apple into wedges.

Place the pumpkin, beetroot, apple, red onion and the Little Willies in a baking dish and sprinkle with cumin, sage leaves and salt and pepper. Drizzle the oil all over and stir well. Put the dish in the oven for 30 minutes. Nice to serve with mashed potatoes!
