For 4 servings.
2 boxes Fish Free King Prawns
1 red chilli, cut into thin strips
2 cloves garlic, cut into slices
100ml white wine
half a bunch of parsley, chopped
1 lemon, cut in wedges
1 cup olive oil
salt and pepper
Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the Fish Free King Prawns, red chilli and garlic. Fry for 2 minutes on high heat. Deglaze the Fish Free King Prawns with the white wine and let it boil down.
Remove the Fish Free King Prawns from the heat and add the parsley. Spoon the Prawns into a bowl and serve with the lemon wedges. Delicious to eat with a simple salad and baguette, you can use the sauce as a delicious dip.
