Wraps with tzatziki and Chicken Shawarma

Wraps with tzatziki and Chicken Shawarma

For 4 persons

Ingredients:
2 boxes of The Vegetarian Butcher Chicken Shawarma
1 cucumber
4 large tortilla wraps
200 ml yoghurt (or soy yogurt)
2 cloves garlic, crushed
a handful of chopped mint
1 tsp lemon juice
olive oil
salt and pepper
lettuce (any kind)
2 tomatoes, sliced
2 red onions, sliced in rings

Preparation:
For the tzatziki:
Grate the cucumber, sprinkle with salt and leave to drain in a colander for about 30 minutes. Once drained, mix the cucumber with the garlic, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, the lemon juice, mint and yoghurt. Stir well and season with salt and pepper.

To serve:
Brown the Chicken Shawarma in a pan and briefly warm the tortillas in the oven. Spread some of the tzatziki on the tortillas and top with some lettuce, tomatoes and red onions. Finally add the Chicken Shawarma and roll the tortillas up. Serve any of the left over tzatziki on the side.
