Mini Hot Dogs with lime&sage-mayonnaise and Bacon Bits

Mini Hot Dogs with lime&sage-mayonnaise and Bacon Bits
Preparation time: 10 minutes
For 6 hot dogs

Ingredients:
1 pack of Little Willies
½ packet of vegetarian Bacon Bits
6 small rolls for home baking
Juice of ½ lime
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
5 sage leaves
salt and pepper
Oil to fry in

Preparation:
Finely chop the sage leaves. Stir the chopped sage and the lime juice through the mayonnaise and season with pepper and salt. Bake the rolls  as indicated on the package. Fry the Bacon in 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan until crispy. Allow the Bacon to cool and chop the pieces finely. Grill the Little Willies on the BBQ or in a grilling pan for about 5 minutes and until golden brown. Cut the rolls and add the grilled Little Willies. Drizzle with the mayonnaise and sprinkle with the fried Bacon.
