2 boxes of The Vegetarian Butcher Chicken Chunks
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
4 tbsp mascarpone
2 tomatoes, sliced
½ red onion, sliced in rings
2 tbsp small black olives
1 bunch celery leaves
Fry the Chicken Chunks in oil for a couple of minutes before adding the garlic and continue to fry the Chicken Chunks until golden. Season with salt and pepper.
Warm the wraps in a large frying pan so they are easier to roll up. Spread some mascarpone on each of the wraps and scatter the other ingredients down the middle of the wraps. Roll the wraps up tightly so none of the filling falls out of the end. Cut on a diagonal and serve. Enjoy!
