Poké Bowl with Chicken Chunks
For two bowls

Preparation time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
1 box Chicken Chunks
100 gr soba noodles
1 avocado
½ bunch radishes
½ cucumber
2 spring onions
2 carrots
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
100 gr of sesame seeds (we used different colors)
20 gr of vegetable sprouts

For the dressing:
juice of one lemon
2 tbsp rice vinegar
4 tablespoons of sesame oil
2 tsp rice stoop
½ tsp ground ginger
½ tsp lemongrass
4 sprigs coriander (minced meat)
½ small red onion (finely chopped)

Preparation:
Cut the Chicken Chunks into strips and fry them in sesame oil. Deglaze them with soy sauce. Let the Chicken Chunks cool and roll them in sesame seeds.

Cook the noodles as indicated on the package. Cut all the vegetables into thin strips. Make a dressing by stirring all the ingredients for the dressing. Divide all ingredients nicely into two bowls. Start with the noodles in the middle and surround the noodles with the veggies. Drizzle the dressing on top, and garnish with sprouts.
