Little gem salad with Noodle patties
Preparation time: 30 minutes
For 2 servings

Ingredients:
1 box of Vegetarian Butcher Noodle Patties
1 little gem salad
1 pepper
4 radishes
1 spring onion
1 tblspn of olive oil
oil for deep fat frying

For the dressing:
2 tblspns of oil
1 tspn sesame oil
2 tblspns of soy sauce
1 tblspn of lemon juice
1 tblspn of finely diced garlic
1 tblspn of finely diced ginger
1 tspn of (palm)sugar
salt and pepper (to taste)

Preparation:
Wash the little gem leaves, remove the bottom from the salad and halve the salad. Brush the cut side of the salad with some oil. Cut the pepper and spring onion into strips and thinly slice the radishes. Keep the slices in iced water to ensure crispness.

Fry the garlic and the ginger in 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the remaining ingredients and reduce the mixture to a syrup. Flavour with salt and pepper to taste.

Grill the cut and oiled sides of the little gem in a hot pan for 3 to 4 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Deep fry the Noodle Patties, following the cooking instructions on the box. Put the little gems and the remaining vegetables on plates and add the dressing. Serve the salad with the fried Noodle Patties. Enjoy!
