Green salad with avocado dressing and Bratwurst
For 4 persons

Preparation time: 30 minutes

1 box Bratwurst
1 zucchini, cut into quarters lengthwise
350 grams of green beans, cut into pieces
250 grams of garden peas (frozen)
1 avocado
1 clove of garlic
juice of ½ lime
20 grams of parsley
50 ml of yoghurt
50 ml of water
1 tsp Tabasco
oil for frying
pepper and salt

Fry the zucchini on high heat for a few minutes. Crush the garlic after 2 minutes on top of the zucchini. Add salt and pepper to taste. Blanch the green beans and the peas.

Put the beans with zucchini in a beautiful bowl. Put the avocado into a high cup. Add the lime juice, Tabasco, parsley, yogurt, water and a pinch of salt and blend until you get a thick liquid dressing. Cut the Bratwurst into thin slices and fry them until golden brown. Let them cool slightly and add them on top of the vegetables. Drizzle the dressing over the salad. Serve with fresh bread and butter.
