Spaghetti with tomato sauce and Chicken Chunks
For 4 servings.

2 boxes of Chicken Chunks
400 grams of spaghetti
1 kilo of tomatoes
1 onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 can of tomato paste
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
a bunch basil
pepper and salt
oil for frying
a piece of Parmesan cheese

Fry the Chicken Chunks until golden brown. Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil. Core out the stems from the tomatoes and slice a cross in the bottom of each tomato. Add the tomatoes for about 10 seconds to the boiling water. Drain the tomatoes and rinse well with cold water. Peels and chop the tomatoes.

Fry the onion and garlic, use a little oil. Add the tomato paste and cook briefly. Add the tomatoes and cook on high heat. Add the Italian seasoning and let simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes until you get a nice sauce. Bring the tomato sauce to taste with salt and pepper. Cook the spaghetti. Add the Chicken Chunks to the tomato sauce and cook for about 10 minutes. Serve the spaghetti on a plate with a little tomato sauce with Chicken Chunks. Sprinkle some fresh basil and grated Parmesan cheese on top.
