Noodles with black bean sauce and Noodle Patty

Noodles with black bean sauce and Noodle Patty
For 4 servings:

Two boxes of our Noodle Patties
250 grams of soba noodles
1 onion
1 clove garlic
2 centimeters fresh ginger
1 spring onion
a bowl of shiitake mushrooms
500g bok choi
4 tablespoons black bean sauce
oil for frying

For the chili sauce:
5 cm ginger root
1 red pepper
1 onion
100 ml white wine vinegar
100 ml water
0.5 tsp stevia or a dash of honey

Peel and slice the ginger. Remove the seeds from the red pepper and chop the pepper. Peel the onion and cut into pieces. Put everything in the blender and mix. Boil the water and the white wine vinegar and add stevia or honey. Add the pepper-mixture. You can make the sauce a little sweeter by adding some extra honey.

Chop the onion, slice the garlic, peel the ginger and grate it finely. Cut the spring onions into rings, remove the stem of the shiitake and tear them into pieces. Cut the bok choi into strips and wash them. Heat some oil in a frying pan and fry the onion with the garlic and ginger. Then add the sliced bok choi and shii take and fry briefly. Add some black bean sauce to the vegetable-mixture. Cook the soba noodles and add to the vegetable-mixture. Add the spring onions and keep the noodles warm.

Fry our Noodle Patties in 7 minutes at 175 °C (when frozen, 4 minutes), divide the noodles over 4 plates and add the Noodle Patties.
