Noodles Beef Teriyaki
For two servings

1 box of Beef Strips
150g Noodles
1 red bell pepper, sliced thinly
150g shiitake, sliced
6 stalks spring onion, sliced into rings
Teriyaki sauce (make it yourself as described below)
2 tbsp oil for frying
Optional: sesame seeds

Recipe for Teriyaki sauce:
1 clove garlic, crushed
2cm ginger, grated
4 tbsp agave syrup
5 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 cup water
1 tsp cornflour
Optional: ½ st red chilli, finely chopped

Preparation for the Teriyaki sauce:
Mix all ingredients and bring gently to a boil, keep stirring. Let cook gently for 1 minute and then turn off the heat.

Fry the Beef Strips in a large wok with 1 tablespoon oil for 5 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons Teriyaki sauce and remove from the heat. Make sure all the Beef Strips get a nice gloss. Let the Beef Strips rest for a few minutes on a plate. Clean the wok and fry in another pan the shiitake and bell pepper. Add the spring onions. Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to the instructions. Drain the noodles and add them, together with the Beef Strips, to the vegetables in the wok. Finally, add the rest of the teriyaki sauce to taste. Serve with some sesame seeds!
