Linguini with fennel and Fish Free King Prawns
Preparation time: 25 minutes
Four servings

1 pack of Fish Free King Prawns
400 gr linguini
2 fennel bulbs
24 cherry tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic
1 red bell pepper
2 limes
4 tablespoons of oil to fry in
10 grammes of dill
salt & pepper

Boil the linguini as indicated on the packet. Clean the fennel and cut into strips. Remove the seeds from the red pepper and chop the pepper. Heat the oil in a frying pan and press the garlic into the pan. Add the fennel and red pepper and gently fry for about 5 minutes. Add the Fish Free King Prawns and fry for another 5 minutes. Squeeze 1 lime over the frying pan and stir well. Bring to taste with pepper and salt. Fry the cherry tomatoes in another frying pan with some oil for 2 minutes on a high fire and gently shake them through the Prawns. Spoon the drained linguini into a bowl and add the vegetables and Fish Free King Prawns. Garnish with the chopped dill. Serve lime slices.
