mc2 Burger

The mc2 Burger is deliciously tender but has a firm bite. The Dutch Consumers Association (Consumentenbond) test panel rated it the best of all vegetarian burgers!

77% soy structure (water, soy protein, wheat protein, wheat starch, salt),  vegetable oil (sunflower, rapeseed), onion, free-range chicken chicken egg egg-white, starch, herbs and spices, dextrose, thickener: carrageenan, burnt sugar, flavouring, yeast extract, palm fat powder,  iron, vitamin B12

Fry or grill the (preferably) defrosted mc2 Burger on each side over medium heat with a little oil or butter until the mc2 Burger has a nice brown colour. Delicious on a burger bun, as part of your evening meal, or great on the BBQ or grill.

Thawed products can be kept in the refrigerator for a couple of days, in sealed packaging (4 °C ).
